U-FIRST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CENTER
U-First Community Development Center, Inc. collaborates with U-First Healthcare, a separate for-profit healthcare practice. U-First Healthcare supports the nonprofit’s charitable mission by providing eligible community members with free or reduced-cost health and behavioral-health services. Approximately 50 individuals receive these services annually. We offer primary family health, psychiatry mental health, behavioral health, therapy, counseling, and other specialty services to restore self-care, disease prevention, fitness, and healthy nutrition options in the State of Georgia.

“Your Total Health And Wellness Connection”
U-First Development Community Center, Inc. provides general and preventative care, conduct check-ups, treat illnesses, order lab tests, and prescribe medication for children and adults. We care and help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations. The organization is a comprehensive, in-person, virtual, and concierge medical organization offering primary family health, psychiatry mental health, behavioral health, therapy, counseling, and other specialty services to support the total wellbeing of individuals through and beyond COVID-19.
Our slogan is, “Your total health and wellness connection.” The reason for this slogan is to ensure that individuals are connected to care, whatever that may look like for them, we support their well-being even when we may not specialize in the condition, we have a range of referrals that we connect them with.
