U-FIRST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CENTER

U-First Community Development Center, Inc. is a not-for-profit comprehensive organization that is established to serve the vulnerable population in providing care for independent and assisted living facilities, outpatient, virtual, and concierge medical practice. We offer primary family health, psychiatrist mental health, behavioral health, therapy, counseling, and other specialty services to restore self-care, disease prevention, fitness, and healthy nutrition options in the State of Georgia exclusively for charitable, scientific, and educational purposes.

We provide general and preventative care, conduct check-ups, treat illnesses, order lab tests, and prescribe medication for children and adults. We care and help with all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations. The organization is a comprehensive, in-person, virtual, and concierge medical organization offering primary family health, psychiatry mental health, behavioral health, therapy, counseling, and other specialty services to support the total wellbeing of individuals through and beyond COVID-19.

“We, the members of the U-FIRST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CENTER, INC. constitute an independent group of persons who are concerned with the existence and condition of economic business development in our community and generally within the State of Georgia. We are organized to solve the many problems affecting business development, business operations, and maintenance of business economic development and business opportunity within our community and state. We strive to build a proactive and productive community guaranteeing a full, healthy, and happy life for our families. We have joined together to form this organization and we intend to ensure that all growth within our community and state is, in fact, progressive and innovative. It is also our intent to expand the opportunities for the economic development of our community and state. U-FIRST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CENTER, INC. will facilitate opportunities for all residents of our community and state to engage in meaningful and productive activities for the enhancement of the quality of life for all our neighbors. Within the City of Tucker, DeKalb County Georgia, and surrounding counties and the State of Georgia Communities; U-FIRST COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CENTER, INC. is formed to accomplish these ends.”

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of U-First Community Development Center, Inc is to be a comprehensive community development health care organization that supports independent and assisted living by providing 21st-century accessible care to and for local communities.

VISION STATEMENT

Our vision is to serve as the development arm and social service provider of U-First Healthcare, LLC within the cities of Tucker, DeKalb and Gwinnett County, Georgia, and the entire state of Georgia to promote health care and support services with expanding education to other healthcare agencies and organizations, churches, and other non-profits that are not able to service the targeted populations in the City of Tucker, Dekalb County and the entire State of Georgia.
