We Serve The Community by Appointment And As Walk-ins

We support the people in the community who are financially challenged to care for their physical, medical, and mental health by providing them a sliding scale and or a discounted fee for service. We perform community health needs assessments to develop and implement plans based on the community’s needs and provide the care that suits their exam.  Additionally, the clients that have a need for acute or chronic behavioral, as well as medical health disorders like diabetes, heart disease, obesity, depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, and substance use disorders to effectively stabilize them by providing routine appointments for follow-up care.

We offer help and hope to people with chronic or life-threatening illnesses for whom cost limits access to critical medical or mental health treatments. We do workshops for nutritional care, we have had several health fairs in the year to easily provide access to those not able to have primary care. We provide flu shots and have recently started to give COVID-19 vaccines to underserved populations.
We have had multiple ZOOM meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic to educate people about the disease, how to safely care for themselves and their loved ones as well as tips to cope with mental illness during isolation. We have developed ways to ensure that no sick one is left behind by doing home visits to care for those unable to travel to receive personalized care at no extra cost to them.

Our activities occur Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm. We serve the community by appointment and as walk-ins. We have several providers on board to address the needs of the community as the opportunity arises. Also, our health fairs are usually organized at either churches or schools in areas that need the extra support to keep the pupils healthy and aware of screenings/education that can save lives.
